Choose your mode: Red for fine lines and firmness, Blue for breakout-prone skin, Yellow for dullness, Near-Infrared for deeper support, or Full Spectrum for an all-round session.
Angle the panel toward the area you want to target, such as your face, neck, chest, hands, or body.
Wear the protective glasses, sit comfortably, and use each session for around 10 minutes per area.
Use AuraWave 3–5 times per week, and combine modes in the same routine when targeting more than one concern.
